Our approach is:
1. We phone you within 1 business day of initial contact. The web designer will be your primary contact for the site.
2. We prepare a design brief for your approval. This includes a list of all tasks and deliverables.
3. You pay 50% on commencement of the work.
4. We build the website skin and pages.
5. Our designer phones you and gives you access to the site.
6. You upload the images and content. Alternatively, we can upload it if you provide it to the designer.
7. We train you in how to upload and maintain product information and pricing.
8. Our design does a quality check of the site.
9. If you approve, we release the site.
10. You pay the remaining 50%.
Optional extras (prices are ex-GST) are:
- Development of a complete Internet Marketing Strategy: ask of designer for information.
- Search engine optimisation to increase the flow of new customers to your site: ask our designer for information.
- Domain registration: $30 per year.
- Provision of email: $50 per year for up to 20 email address with a total mailbox size of 500 Mb.
- Development of a logo for the website: $450. We provide a choice of three designs, and then refine your preferred design.
- Provision of images: $100 per image. We provide a selection of images (10 choices for each required image) that are suited to your business.
- Development of content: $100 per hour. We can put together the words for the pages. This is normally $300 for the website.
